Refund policy

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS:

Replacement Product will be delivered within 5 to 7 days

·       Product/s have been damaged in transit or product/s shipped are incorrect.

·       Please create an Unboxing video as replacement will not process without that.

·       An email with video of the damaged / incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time, for us to accept the request.

·       If you wish to replace all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product by writing to us on support@itsenuff.com along with reasons and videos as mentioned above.

·       Please include your order ID.

·       We will not initiate the replacement, if the product is used.

·       We do not offer any refunds.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your order can only be cancelled if the shipping is yet to be closed.

To cancel, please write to us at support@itsenuff.com along with order ID.

Refunded amount will be credited with in 10 to 15 days in original mode of payment

Orders once handed over for shipping and delivery cannot be cancelled.
